How it works
It all starts with a consultation. When you book your initial in-person or virtual consultation, we will do a full evaluation of your current skincare regimen, identify your trouble areas, learn about your skincare goals, and evaluate the health of your skin.
We then develop a personalized year-long plan just for you that outlines which Augusta Road Aesthetics clinical skincare products to use, which treatments we recommend, how often to receive them, when to add a new treatment to your regimen, and more. Based on this plan, you can pre-schedule all of your appointments and know you’re on your way to achieving the aesthetic goals you desire.
The best part? We carry our own line of clinical skincare products so everything you need is right here at Augusta Road Aesthetics.

What To Expect
During your consult
Come prepared! We’ll ask you all about your skin type, daily routine, what products you use, any skincare issues you have now or have had in the past, your skincare goals, which treatments you’re comfortable receiving, and more. We then build a customized skin care program just for you.
What’s included in the treatment plan?
Our customized treatment plans will include recommendations for both skincare products and treatments that can be done in-house at Augusta Road Aesthetics. We will lay out a step by step guide to your daily skincare routine and build you a timeline of when to receive each treatment over the course of the year. We design each step of your skincare program to build on the previous treatment in order to give you the results you desire. Instead of just scheduling treatments you think you want, you now have a customized guide to tell you what your skin needs.
I’m in, how do I get started?
To get started, Book a Consultation with one of our providers. Once you receive your personalized Skincare Program, you can choose to book all of your appointments in advance or schedule them as you’re available. For clinical skincare recommendations, we carry our full line of Augusta Road Aesthetics products in-house so you can get everything you need right away. For payment, you can choose to pay individually for each service or pay in full for the year up front.
What happens after a year?
After the end of your first year on our Signature Skincare Program, we start the process all over again. We’ll do a full skin evaluation, compare your before and after images, set new goals, and create an updated program for you. Depending on your skin, your new program may be more or less aggressive than the initial one.
If you’re happy with your results and want to just continue doing your daily skincare routine, we love to hear it! We’re so happy to be a part of helping you achieve your skincare goals.

Consultations are done by our Augusta Road Aesthetics team.
Dr. Kevin Keller is a Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon and owner of Augusta Road Aesthetics. Dr. Keller founded and practiced at Upstate Plastic Surgery from 1998-2021 and is now focusing on non-invasive aesthetic medicine.
You may also see Chris Hamby, our supervising Nurse Practitioner. Chris has more than 16 years industry experience and has been working side-by-side with Dr. Keller for 12+ years. She is the supervising Nurse Practitioner at Augusta Road Aesthetics and has extensive experience with injectables, laser treatments, body sculpting, and more.
Louisa Adair, RN has been working alongside Dr. Keller for more than 20 years and is an expert in developing skincare regimens and providing laser treatments. As a prior ICU nurse, her attention to detail is unparalleled and her ability to recommend safe and effective skincare treatments makes her an ideal provider for your services.

Participating in the Augusta Road Signature Skincare Program is not required to be a patient. While we highly recommend having a personalized treatment plan, you are welcome to schedule treatments as you wish. We do recommend a consultation for first-time clients so we can ensure that any treatments we provide will be beneficial for you. We offer FREE Virtual consultations or in-person consults.

Your customized treatment plan will be delivered after your consultation. Whether or not you choose to schedule the recommended appointments or purchase the recommended skincare products is completely up to you.
If you do choose to follow through with your treatment plan, you can schedule your appointments as you’re available and pay for each service individually, or choose to pre-pay for your year in advance. If you pre-pay, we will pre-schedule all of your appointments in advance and you can change them as needed.
